               Tender Notice

 

The DGFT office requires Stationary/ General items for its use. These items are generally purchased on month-to-month basis.

           

2.         Detailed information/terms and conditions for the purpose can either be obtained from the FTDO, Stationery Section, Room No.201, Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi of this Office or downloaded from the DGFT’s Website http://dgft.delhi.nic.in

 

3.         Interested parties may send their quotation quoting rates for all the items.

 

4.         In case any firm is already providing these items to any other Ministry/

Department of Central Government, details thereof may also be furnished along with the quotations. The rates quoted should be valid till 31.03.2006.

 

5.         Sealed quotations, duly subscribed “Quotation for Stationary/General items and addressed to the undersigned may be sent by post so as to reach us by

3:00 P.M. on 13.10.2005 or deposited in the Stationery Cell, Room No.201 Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi-110011 not later than 3:00 P.M. on 13.10.2005. Quotation received after stipulated date/time shall not be entertained.

Detailed information/ terms and conditions for the procurement of

stationary/general items.

 

 

The DGFT  requires Stationary/ General items for its use. These items are generally purchased on month-to-month basis. It must be noted that the rates quotes should be for the ISI approved items or must have the approval of some other recognized

agency.

 

 

2.       Interested parties may send their quotations with complete details about the Sationary/General items as mentioned in the list enclosed. It may be noted that the

Stationary/General items will be delivered at Gate No. 2, Udyog Bhawan,North Block, New Delhi.

 

3.      In case any firm is already providing the Stationary/General items to any other Ministry/Department of Central Government, details thereof may also be furnished alongwith the quotations. The rates quoted should be valid till 31.03.2006.

 

4.       Sealed quotations, duly subscribed “Quotation for Stationary/General items and addressed to the undersigned may be sent by post so us to reach by 3:00 P.M. on 13.10.2005 or deposited in the Stationery Cell Room No.202, Udyog Bhawan, New  Delhi-1100011 not later than 3:00 P.M. on 13.10.2005. Quotation received after stipulated date/time shall not be entertained.

 

5.  The following terms and conditions may be kept in view while sending your

tender: -

 

a)         The firm should be in a position to supply stationary/consumable items

mentioned in the list enclosed on short notice as and when needed.

b)         All expenses will be borne by the firm for sending the stationary/consumable items to this Office .

c)         The stationary/consumable items should be delivered in this Office at Udyog Bhawan, Gate No. 2, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi within 3 days of receipt of the orders.

d)         The owner / firm should be available on his own direct telephone (office as well as residence) and also on mobile phone so as to call in emergent cases. The Mobile Number may also be given. The firm should be able to provide stationary/consumable on holidays/Sundays also.

 

 

6.     An earnest money of Rs. 10,000/- has to be deposed in the form of bank Draft drawn in favour DGFT (CPAO), New Delhi alongwith the quotation.    The earnest money will be refunded to the unsuccessful tenders on finalisation of the contract. Successful tender will have to deposit security money of Rs. 50,000/- in the shape of F.D.R. for the period of contract. Security money will be forfeited if the firm fails to perform any of the terms or conditions of our tender enquiry.

 

7.          Tenders may please quote their unconditional rates strictly as per list of items enclosed. Cutting/overwriting, if any, should be countersigned.

 

8.            The DGFT  reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in full or in part without assigning any reason thereof and giving any compensation. The decision of the DGFT in this regard shall be final and binding on the firm.
