Welcome to DGFT Helpdesk service, a single-point ticket-based system to address your international trade related issues. You may use this facility for resolution of your import or export related issues concerning DGFT (headquarters or its regional authorities). Feedback facility has also been provided where you may indicate if you are not satisfied with the resolution provided.

A reference number will be issued for each request so that you can track the status. For quick resolution and monitoring, it is important that you choose the drop down menu that identifies your issue correctly. In case, you want to share any supporting document, a screen shot etc, you may attach these in the request itself by using the Upload attachment feature.
